There is no substitute for keeping an eye Nuculture on what you are eating. When you suffer from burning flatulence, the most likely reason for it is that it can be traced back to what you have eaten - usually in the preceding few hours, or at least in the last day or so. If this is not the case, then there is a cause for considering a visit to the doctor. However, there is likely to be some part played by diet, even if you have not eaten what would usually be termed as "problem foods". There are very few foods that cannot cause problems for someone - although burning flatulence is usually attributable to one of a few usual suspects.

Take note of what you eat and drink, and the resultant flatulence in a given day. Usually you will find that the days when you have burning flatulence are united in some way by what you have eaten. then think about when the burning flatulence was at its worst and consider whether you ate a particularly large amount of the bad stuff.
